Richard combines his formal coaching training with his experience of consulting to and working within businesses to give his clients space to think for themselves, provides them with alternative perspectives, and equips them with tools for coping and thriving in today’s workplace.
Richard uses his consulting, coaching and facilitation background, as well as his entrepreneurial experience, to design and facilitate powerful processes that help individuals and groups to think and perform at their best.
He sees his role as helping leaders and teams to transition to new ways of working together – to escape the traps of busy-ness, politics or ego and attain high performance that can be sustained. People naturally want to do good work and to collaborate effectively. Richard brings frameworks and a coaching style that enable them to do exactly that.
