I am a certified Integral Coach having acquired the Associate and Professional Coach qualifications in 2007 at the Graduate School of Business - UCT and New Ventures West in San Fransisco USA. I initially coached under the Elysium Coaching brand and later through Mhlambi Management Solutions and founded Ndabaningi Holdings in 2015 as Leadership Coaching & Mentoring practice.
