COACHING EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Brett has been an Executive Coach for 15 years, coaching high-performing individuals at Executive, Senior and Middle Management levels. He has over 15,000 hours of high level facilitation which has taken place both locally and abroad.

EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE

Brett’s entrepreneurial flair has seen him successfully through many different business ventures, including both public and private undertakings.  He was recognised for this by being voted Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Finance Week in 1999.

Brett’s social leanings saw him leave his other businesses in 1999 to start Network Dynamics- a company with an impressive client list, which included: Gordon Institute of Business Science, McCain Foods, Investec Bank, Wits University, Safcor Panalpina, Standard Bank, African Bank, FIFA, Aspen Pharmacare, Alpha Pharm, New Clicks, University of Johannesburg, SABS, SANAS, Ekhuruleni Municipality, Business Connexion, and numerous others.

Brett is currently the Owner and Director of Brett Will and Associates, and, Global Marketing Director for French Champagne House, PIAFF.  He consults for various academic institutions in South Africa specialising in Strategy, Strategic Execution and Innovation and has completed projects in organisational design and development for top blue chip organisations.

He is passionate about children and addressing social issues.  This has seen him serve as Chairman and Strategic Advisor to Childline South Africa and Chairman of Khulisa SA. Together with his family, he has built 3 schools in rural and inner city areas.  Brett has very close ties to these communities and therefore offers his personal time, pro bono, to JS Mpanza School and Fundani School, both located in Soweto.

EDUCATION

Brett is an Alumni of the Disney Institute where he studied Leadership.  He is also a graduate of De Paul University in Chicago, where he was certified as a Global Organisational Development Practitioner, specialising in strategy and organisational design.  Brett started studying Industrial Psychology, and went on to finishing his degree in Social Science through UNISA.
