Cecile Wiltshire is a professional, executive and high-performance coach. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as well as Neuro-Leadership Institute and is a Founding member of the ICF Gauteng Chapter in South Africa.
Cecile refers to herself as an “Energy Alchemist” and believes that her purpose in life is to assist people to uncover their individual and collective brilliance, through positive energy. She is results focused and loves a challenge, especially one that will allow a significant shift in personal growth and fulfilment to impact productivity, efficiency or profitability.
Her Honours degree in Advertising (1991) and her Post-Grad. in Coaching and Behavioural Change (2017), coupled with her 12-year experience in the corporate environment equipped her with extensive knowledge across a variety of business categories including Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Advertising, Publishing, Coaching and Training.
She has coached executives across a variety of companies and most industries including Premier FMCG, AVI, Röhlig-Grindrod, Kapele Freight, Mashova, Centriq, Rand Merchant Bank, Monsanto, Momentum, DSV, Grinaker-LTA and Santam, to mention a few.
She sees herself as the “eternal student” in her continual pursuit of intellectual development and she believes that she has a gift for getting to the “real issues”. Her energy and passion are contagious. Cecile’s business skills are balanced by her participation in water-skiing and extreme sports and last but not least, husband Keith and cats Jinx and Jade help to keep her feet on the ground.
Coaching Qualifications and Experience:
Since establishing her coaching practice, Cecile has completed coach specific training through, The Neuro-Leadership Institute (previously Results Coaching Systems Africa) and The Coaches Training Institute. This training includes Intensive coach training and Executive coach training. Cecile is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with, and a member of the ICF.
To ensure ongoing learning, growth and development in the coaching arena, Cecile belongs to a network of interdependent, similarly trained and qualified coaches. As part of their commitment to the coaching profession, this network of coaches launched the ICF Chapter for Gauteng in 2008. Cecile obtained her Post-grad. in Coaching and Behavioural Change with distinction, at The Henley Business School in 2017.
Other qualifications include: Licensed Neurozone Coach and Business Associate (2018); Licensed iOpener Practitioner (The Science of Happiness at Work), Systemic Coaching & Constellations and Team Coaching.
