Gavin has had five years’ experience in line management, over 25 years’ experience in HR, Change management, Leadership and Strategy and built and grew his own leadership business for 4 years.

Gavin is an inspirational speaker, coach and international consultant and facilitator having worked in Southern Africa, East Africa and England. He is a member of Comensa, a Lifeline Facilitator and an Advanced Toastmaster. He is also a Shareholder and Director of Capella House School in Kommetjie. He is a family man who believes in balance in his life.

COACHING METHODOLOGY

Gavin uses Wilber’s Integral Model focusing on the challenges and goals of his clients. He assists clients to work through their challenges as well as to realize what it is that they are striving for and to ensure that they are committed, passionate and clear about their future with tangible goals and plans.

He builds rapport and a place of safety very quickly which enables clients to get to the essence of their coaching quite quickly and freely to achieve results in their development path. Gavin is also an accredited enneagram practitioner which adds rich evaluative personality data to the learning process.

Gavin uses his blend of Management, Leadership, Business, Entrepreneurial, Change Consulting and psychological experience and skills to ensure that the client receives an integrated coaching experience.

COACHING EXPERIENCE

Gavin has over 650 hours of individual and group coaching experience and he has coached a variety of diverse individuals and teams in the private and public sector from junior to middle to senior and executive management as well as entrepreneurs and specialists.

His variety of experience includes the following sectors: Finance, Retail, Sales, IT, NG, Government, Telecoms, Banking, Cement, Tobacco, Beverages and Legal. Gavin was recently responsible for designing and implementing sales training for the entire Ooba sales force.

He has had success and experience across contact centres, administration, CRM and Sales/key accounts staff.
