Jessie is an experienced practitioner in the development of people strategies, and working with teams to turn their vision into a reality. With 30 years corporate experience, her skills of strategic thinking, negotiating and influencing, identifying and developing talent and leading teams have been well honed.
She currently consults to a range of organisations, from small privately owned companies to large multinationals, in the areas of culture and change management, executive coaching, organisational design, performance enhancement and the full range of HR processes.
Jessie has worked with EXCO’s and line managers alike across industries as diverse as financial services and retail. She is passionate about people and thrives on environments where she can combine her focus on finding creative, bespoke solutions with a structured approach to HR management.
She is equally effective as an individual mentor as an external HR consultant.
