Her personal life journey is a testament to overcoming, surviving, and flourishing despite the obstacles stemming from developmental trauma, and adverse childhood experiences including surviving rape and enduring poverty. She draws from more than three decades of experience as a Business Owner, Executive, Consultant, Mother, Wife, Mentor and Coach and offers coaching, mentoring and consulting at all levels including Group Executive Level and Teams across local and international organisations.

Her coach training has been through Global ICF Accredited Providers – Neuroleadership Institute and Consciousness Coaching International, Aephoria, IE9, Chestnut Paes International, among others. Sav is an accredited Identity Maturation (IMf) and Aephoria Identity Map (AIM) Practitioner and uses the Identity Maturation framework (IMf) to measure where people fall on an adult maturation typology and compliments this with the Enneagram. She has attained Master Neuro-Agility Brain Practitioner status with more than 10 years of experience in Brain Profiling and Whole-Brain Coaching and is an Agile Talent/HR Certified Coach and Prosci Change Manager.

Through applying an Integrated Coaching approach (Whole Person Coaching) – Sav views her client as an integrated whole, working with the inter-relationship between various aspects of the client’s life. Her clients are provided the opportunity to experience various modalities and coaching tools to transform challenging situations, address problems or any limiting behaviors, belief systems and patterns – thus enabling her clients to take practical steps and actions to support immediate positive change.
