Denise studied Leadership & Management and Public Health through Wits Business School and Wits School of Public Health respectively. Prior to launching her Coaching Practice, Denise spent a decade in CEO / Executive Director roles and was head hunted to turnaround or transform organisations. She successfully navigated national and international organisations through intensive culture change, restructures, rebranding and change management, in both profit and non-profit sectors. She served on numerous Boards and Trusts acting as a guide and mentor to individuals and senior management teams. This significant expertise enables Denise to masterfully observe the larger culture and system at play and connect broader organisational themes, as an invaluable source of client information.
