COACHING EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Gorette’s approach to coaching is influenced by Neuroscience and she has attended many other global coaching programmes that she brings into her sessions. She prefers a holistic approach and works with what is presented by the coachee in a session to actively explore the coachee’ s own abilities, potential, dreams and resources. She draws on her personal and corporate experiences and integrates this with a variety of coaching methodologies and tools. She works comfortably with the coachee, the system and the outcomes expected by the coachee and the system.
Gorette actively engages with her coachee during and between sessions. She provides them with relevant tools that encourage self- reflection and learning to sustain the growth path and achieve the goals that they have been set and changing the original mindset into new thinking and behaviour.

EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE
Gorette started her career in sales selling advertising space for AC Braby, did exceptionally well and made every sales target. She was then headhunted to work for a timber company where she spent 13 years with this business, in a sales and marketing role.
In 2003 she was part of the tendering team that won the Anglo American plc account (the largest corporate travel account in SA at the time) on a global basis. She then moved to implement and start an in-house travel house of 40 staff within 2 months. This was successfully achieved on the 1st April 2003 was a flagship for American Express Travel. Over a 3 years period she successfully implemented all outstanding Anglo BU’s who not part of the original implementation were and doubled the number of travel projected transactions over that period.
