As a C-IQ certified, accredited EMCC Team Coach and Trauma-informed Enneagram practitioner, she brings a unique ability to surface challenges yet cultivate trust and belonging. She is the creator of the A-Z of Belonging at Work and Cornerstones of Conversation and Connection – two powerful tools for shifting team culture. Coaching individuals and teams across Africa and West Asia, Hani cultivates leadership through decolonial practice and cultural intelligence.

With 28 years’ experience in training and development, Hani works as a team coach in the tech, retail, financial and education industries- in private and public sectors. She brings a variety of highly engaging activities to assist in building and sustaining high performing teams. These include trademark methodologies such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, SoulCollage® and Aephoria Identity Map and Maturity Framework as assessment tools.

She offers holistic, integrative coaching that is trauma-sensitive, decolonial, and designed for those who are ready to lead from wholeness rather than from performance.
