COACHING SPECIALTY
Jane works with leaders at all levels in an organisation but most often at the senior and middle management level. The leaders are usually looking to review their leadership style and effectiveness and refresh their approach. Having researched the impact of executive coaching on building personal resilience as part of her Masters qualification she often integrates the skills to become more resilient into the work she does with clients.
Having held an executive role for a number of years she ensures that her coaching style is pragmatic and REAL, whilst at the same time encouraging clients to expand their leadership style and presence to have a greater impact but managing their own energy levels and life priorities.
Types of issues Jane has coached individuals on:
• Leadership competence generally (authentic leadership style and “voice”)
• Building personal resilience
• Influencing skills, holding confrontational conversations, planning & organising, leading through leaders, implementing company initiatives
• Developing leaders own coaching style and competence
• HR – building professionalism
• Making choices in life (career related)
