Lata’s passion is people and leadership development and she uses an integrated and eclectic facilitation & coaching process to support all her clients both at individual, team and organisational levels. Facilitation and Coaching enhance her client’s awareness and behavior so as to achieve business objectives for both the client, their teams and their organization.

To further enhance leadership and business development Lata supports her leadership clients with Action Learning Coaching and Business Improvement Project Coaching to support taking initiative to either improve existing business systems and processes or to introduce innovative ideas to leverage of business opportunities to support growth within an organisation.

As a Professional Associate at Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Lata’s primary roles on Executive, Senior, Middle and Junior Management Programmes are: Facilitator, Integrator, Individual and Team Executive Coaching, Personal Development Coaching and Action Learning and Business Improvement Coach.
