Linda has been actively coaching, facilitating and training for the past 11 years, with over 5000 hours coaching individuals and teams. She works with several multinational corporations within South Africa, and currently also engages clients in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India, for individual coaching and team effectiveness programmes.
As a Leadership Development Specialist, she has worked with leaders across various industries, in raising their self and other-awareness, and equipping them with the tools to navigate the demands of a volatile, uncertain and complex world. The outcomes experienced by the leaders include, building greater capacity to lead (particularly within the age of digital transformation), developing a Leadership Presence that sets them apart from the rest, and overall raising their level of effectiveness with a toolkit, that can be utilised when faced with situations of varying complexity.
Linda is an experienced Facilitator, having an affinity for programmes related to Personal Mastery, Liberating Leadership Intelligence, Women in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Systems Thinking, Managing Diversity, and Leading in the Digital Transformation. She further facilitates Career Workshops for Educational Institutions and Work Readiness Programmes for Corporate Learnerships.

Linda is on the Faculty of The Coaching Centre and the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP), as a Facilitator, Assessor and Mentor to student coaches, supporting them on their developmental journeys towards becoming fully-fledged coaches.
She is qualified with an MBA, Advanced Diploma in Coaching, and has completed various certificates and courses pertaining to People Development. Linda is accredited as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council (an invitation-only community), where she has published several leadership and wellness-related articles on Forbes.com.
Linda has acquired over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, primarily within the financial services sector. Her business experience spans across diverse areas including Corporate Strategy, Finance, Process Optimisation, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Information Technology. The majority of these roles were executed at a senior management level. This experience has been invaluable in relating to the goals, issues and challenges that her clients experience across the organisation, including at a C-suite level.
In the past 11 years, Linda has founded and run her own Business Consultancy, which specialises in the areas of Strategy, Organisational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Leadership Development. The business has grown organically over the years, into the domain of professional coaching, facilitation and leadership training. Her passion for people development took her further into mentoring of Master’s level students, as well as lecturing on the Management and Leadership, and Coaching faculties of various Business Schools.
