With extensive coaching experience across South Africa and internationally. Linda has worked with diverse teams and leaders at all levels — from emerging managers to seasoned executives and non-executives navigating complexity and change. She is a trusted coach known for her strategic insight, authentic presence, and ability to unlock powerful shifts that translate into real-world impact.

Linda has been actively coaching, facilitating, and training for the past 16 years, with over 11,000 hours coaching individuals and teams. She works with several multinational corporations within South Africa, and currently also engages clients in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, for individual coaching and team effectiveness programmes.

Some of Linda’s clients over the years include Transnet, Nedbank, Competition Commission, Stanlib, Barloworld, Life Healthcare, Liberty 2 Degrees, Imperial (now Motus), ACSA, Dutch Embassy, Auditor-General SA, Embassy of Finland, National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute (NRWDI), Embassy of Ireland, Schneider Electric, Embassies of Norway, Denmark and Sweden, BMW, Spar Group, Shoprite, Standard Bank, Sanlam, Goldfields, among others.

Linda is on the Faculty of The Coaching Centre and the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP), as a Facilitator, Assessor and Mentor to student coaches, supporting them on their developmental journeys towards becoming fully-fledged coaches. She is qualified with an MBA, an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, and has completed various certificates and courses pertaining to People Development.

Linda is accredited as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Team Coach (ACTC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also accredited as a Senior Practitioner and Coach Supervisor by the EMCC Global

Linda is an experienced Facilitator, having an affinity for programmes related to Personal Mastery, Liberating Leadership Intelligence, Women in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Systems Thinking, Managing Diversity, and Leading in the Digital Transformation. She further facilitates Career Workshops for Educational Institutions and Work Readiness Programmes for Corporate Learnerships.

Linda has acquired over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, primarily within the financial services sector. Her business experience spans across diverse areas including Corporate Strategy, Finance, Process Optimisation, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Information Technology. The majority of these roles were executed at a senior management level. This experience has been invaluable in relating to the goals, issues and challenges that her clients experience across the organisation, including at a C-suite level.

In the past 15 years, Linda has founded and run her own Business Consultancy, which specialises in the areas of Strategy, Organisational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Leadership Development. The business has grown organically over the years, into the domain of professional coaching, facilitation and leadership training. Her passion for people development took her further into mentoring of Master’s level students, as well as lecturing on the Management and Leadership, and Coaching faculties of various Business Schools.
