Robert qualified as a professional coach in 2008 with the Diploma in Practitioner Coaching and has since logged 3800+ hours of coaching. In 2019 he obtained a Master Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching. He is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.
He is an action-oriented coach who believes that lasting change comes from the intersection of our thoughts, our feeling/emotions and our body/physiology and that all three need to be addressed to effect lasting improvements. He focuses on the limiting beliefs that hold his clients back and works with them to replace these with more useful beliefs about themselves and the world. He specialises in executive presence, communication, personal brand, and effective relationship-building.
Robert has worked locally and internationally coaching individuals and facilitating leadership development workshops and team coaching sessions. He has coached at all levels from leaders-in-waiting to C-suite executives.
