Wendy is an executive, leadership and transformation management coach. She is a Professional Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching (Graduate School of Business – UCT) as well as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As an integral, systemic constellation and enneagram coach her focus is on achieving full competence within the multiple dimensions of what it takes to be an impactful, mindful, engaged and contributing human being or organisation. Focusing on the quality of relationship with self (thoughts, feelings and action), others and systems/processes; she works with individuals and teams to organise themselves for clearly defined and measurable outcomes. The process is structured and aligned to specific purpose and outcomes, with the intention of developing skills and competencies for sustainable change in individuals and teams.
Committed to facilitating leaders and teams, who recognise that change is required, to achieve maximum impact through the setting and realisation of SMART goals. She has been coaching for 5 years with a focus on corporate teams, executives, senior leadership and individual / private work.
Wendy has been working within the corporate environment for the last 22 years. Her area of specialisation has been within the marketing strategy arena where she has worked across various industries, namely, Toyota SA Marketing, MTN cellular and banking (Standard, Absa and Nedbank). Her career saw many varying roles, which spanned product-market planning, loyalty and CRM, product and services marketing, and group brand strategy development and management. She has led teams within the marketing arena with a focus on building the business and brands. It is in this context that she discovered her true passion for facilitating the growth and development of the people around her.
