Gavin has a long history of working in the Financial Services industry. Throughout his career he has operated at Managing Director and Financial Director level for a variety of Organisations from IT, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Telesales and Marketing as well as MD of a Trust. Since May 1998, Gavin has been designing and implementing change and transformation projects, facilitating and assisting in implementing strategic plans, facilitating team builds and coaching executives. He is also an experienced facilitator and has designed and delivered leadership/personal mastery and interpersonal skills programmes. He is a prolific writer and inspirational speaker.

Recently he has been working with Old Mutual, Sanlam, BOE, Woolworths, MWEB, Clicks, Nandos, Shell and BP.
