Nkulu’s rich career spans 25 Years as a Human Capital Practitioner with 15 Years in Executive Leadership, within Unilever, Shell, Absa Barclays and Old Mutual. He has extensive experience in People & Culture Strategy Development; Management Effectiveness & Leadership Development; Coaching & Mentoring; as well as Organisational Development & Transformation; and Organisational Effectiveness.

He has a passion for Programme Development & Facilitation: specifically D&I; Life-Work Integration; Living Values & Purpose Alignment. Nkulu has also conducted group facilitation of Multi-Level Teams through Coaching Circles & Systemic Coaching. He has experience as a Chief Executive Officer for an NPO/PBO – implementing programmatic Theories of Change, and Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks.

Nkulu has a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching through the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP). His coaching style is purpose and values based; playing the role of a thinking partner and motivator to his clients to achieve and grow. He provides dynamic facilitation of learning, development, and performance to teams; whilst promoting balance and harmony by supporting individuals in living their fullest potential.
