Simphiwe is a certified executive coach and strategic facilitator with over 20 years of senior corporate leadership experience, 14 of which have been at executive level. Simphiwe has over a decade of coaching experience, is a certified Integral Coach and accredited on Insights Discovery assessment tool, which is based on the psychology of Carl Jung and uses a four-colour model to help clients understand their leadership style, strengths, and the value they bring to their team. Her past clients include Eskom, Discovery, Goldfields, Santam, Edcon, to mention a few. She is an experienced facilitator who can skilfully facilitate group coaching as well as strategy sessions. Her facilitation portfolio includes high-stakes strategic work — most recently designing the 62c/kWh ferrochrome tariff that was approved by NERSA, a process involving billions of Rands and 11,000 jobs in South Africa’s smelting sector.
