Chris is a qualified Integral Coach and certified NLP & Enneagram practitioner.

He  works with individuals and teams to identify and resolve issues that may be limiting them from reaching their full potential, using Cognitive Behavioural Coaching methods, the Enneagram, and various other coaching tools & techniques.

Chris works with leaders at middle management and senior executive levels on topics including: leadership, resilience, authenticity, confidence, conflict management, stress management, role transitions etc.

Chris has held senior executive roles at a number of a number of multinational businesses.

His background is in Sales and Marketing, which later evolved into General management and then into C-Suite roles.

He was the CEO for 8 years at DStv Media sales (a division of Multichoice) and prior to that held the roles of Sales & Marketing Director, and Operations Director.  He is currently the Director of Human Capital & Group Projects at the Provantage Media Group.

Personal

Chris lives in Johannesburg with his wife Annie, 3 boys, a beagle, & his Vespa to negotiate the Joburg traffic.
